Our Refund Policy

Premium Pellets will only accept returns once the company has agreed in writing, via email or letter, to accept the returns from the customer.

Premium Pellets will not accept returns that have been damaged in any way. The pellets must be returned as they were received.

It is at Premium Pellets discretion whether a refund or part refund will be provided to the customer.

If the customer is unhappy with the goods, they should contact Premium Pellets immediately, and the issue will be investigated quickly and a resolved as the company see’s fit.

Refunds will not be made unless Premium Pellets have identified there is an issue with the product/service.
